2. CodeHarbor (hereinafter referred to as 'Party B')

Purpose

This document serves as proof of mutual consent between Party A and Party B to collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of a long-distance transportation booking application named Hyke.

Scope of Agreement

• Project Name: Hyke
• Objective: To create a mobile and/or web-based application that enables users to book long-distance transportation services efficiently.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Party A (Tsepiso Ramokhondo): Provides conceptual input, business requirements, and strategic direction for the application.
  • Party B (CodeHarbor): Responsible for technical development, coding, UI/UX design, and implementation of the application.

Terms of Consent

1. Both parties agree to collaborate in good faith to achieve the stated objectives.
2. Intellectual property rights and ownership terms will be defined in a separate formal contract.
3. This proof of consent does not constitute a legally binding contract but affirms the intention to proceed with the project.
